SUMMARY:Fusion Youth Retreat
DESCRIPTION:Fusion Youth Retreat | November 6-8\, 2026\nFor middle school\, high school\, and blended youth groups. Bring your youth to Cedarkirk for a weekend of fellowship\, games\, great meals\, and plenty of large and small-group time to expand the depth of your students’ faith. Regardless of whether your youth group is large or small\, your youth will make new friends from other churches in the presbytery and experience camp together in the cool(ish) weather. We’re excited for you to join us for this exciting weekend of faith development and community-building. \n  \nDETAILS\nArrival: Check-in for groups will take place beginning at 6:30 pm on Friday. The event officially starts at 8:00 pm.\nDeparture: FUSION will conclude following a 12:30 pm lunch on Sunday.\nMeals: Saturday Breakfast\, Lunch\, Dinner\, and snack; Sunday Breakfast and Lunch. (Please eat dinner before you arrive on Friday!)\nChaperones: Group is responsible for providing chaperones of each gender for their group (we recommend 1 adult per 7 youth). \nLODGING\nAll participants will be housed with their groups in either air-conditioned or rustic lodging. When you register your group\, you will be asked for your lodging preference\, which is offered on a first-come\, first-served basis. \nCOST\nAir-conditioned Lodging: $187 per person for lodging\, meals\, program\, and activities\nRustic Lodging: $110 per person for lodging\, meals\, program and activities \nTO REGISTER\nFill out the Group Reservation Form online. We’ll contact you with additional info about the weekend and instructions for paying your deposit. Once we receive your Group Registration Form and have set up your group in our system\, we will email you a link for your individual participants to register. \nPrint the Packing List for this event. \n
