The 14th annual Maintenance Connection is a gathering of Site Managers, Facility Directors, Maintenance Staff, and Volunteer Craftsmen involved in camps, retreats, and conference ministries across the United States and Canada. This unique event blends fellowship, continuing education, hands-on learning, Sabbath, and networking. Anyone interested in sharing ideas and learning about facility management and maintenance is welcome to attend.

HANDS ON TRAINING: tree cutting and management, plumbing, site
tours, etc.

TIME FOR REST AND RENEWAL WITH OTHER MAINTENANCE PROFESSIONALS!

Registration: REGISTER ONLINE! Event rate is $275 and includes four nights’ single-occupancy lodging, meals, linens/towels, field trip costs (not including dinner) and all program fees.

Arrival & Departure
Begins: Mon., Feb. 17 w/ 6:00pm dinner
Ends: Fri., Feb. 21 w/ 8:30am breakfast

Airport Shuttles
For shuttle service, plan arrivals to TPA between 12pm and 4pm and departures between 11:30am and 2pm. An additional fee of $50 will be charged for roundtrip shuttle service. Please have flight info available when you register.

Housing
Participants will be housed in Pine Lodge, a climate-controlled building
with its own porch and meeting area. All rooms are private occupancy with shared restrooms.

Flight Arrangements
Flights should be booked to Tampa International Airport (TPA), located an
hour from Cedarkirk.

What to Bring
Comfortable clothes for cool to warm weather (avg. temps in February range from 55f/12c to 77f/25c); toiletries; walking shoes; note-taking materials.

Off-site Day
We will travel to check out new equipment at a local retailer, tour a
distillery in St. Petersburg, and have free time to explore downtown Tampa. (Dinner on the off-site day is the responsibility of the participant.)
